Items purchased with us can be returned on the following conditions:

Wrong Item Received:

If we deliver is the faulty item for any reason i.e., an item has been missed from your order, or you have received the wrong item, then we’ll automatically change or refund your order at your request. If you demand a refund, then you need to notify us and not open any of the packages themselves. We’ll then request that you go back to the merchandise, and upon arrival at our workplace, we’ll refund you via your original payment procedure.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items prove to be faulty on arrival, subsequently, immediately inform via our contact us form, or email address. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any corresponding accessories or documentation.

When we could check the error in our item, then we’ll issue an alternative to be shipped out the same moment. We may also issue a complete refund if you wish, and also your payment will be returned through your original payment system.

We will analyze return goods, and should they prove not faulty, then we’ll go back the item for your requirements, and you will be responsible for the return transit costs.

Items Damaged in Transit

If some items are damaged in transit, then we request you to report us upon receipt of their products. Items should be returned in their original packaging filled with accessories and documents. As soon as received back to the base, we’ll issue an alternative item or refund on the full price of the order through your original payment method.

If you change your mind

For those who have just changed your mind anything you have ordered and need to go back to us, then in accord with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can provide you with return us inform us within the first seven days of your buy or reception of those products.

The products should not be opened, used, or tested, and they must be returned in the same original form as which they were received by yourself ship by us. Again, once we have received the product back to us we will issue a full refund for you via your original payment method.

Open Packages on Arrival

If a package comes opened or ripped for any reason, then you should contact our support for return. Again we will offer you a replacement product or refund via your original payment method whichever you prefer.

Please be aware the return as mentioned above policy does have some limitations, and especially with Stimulants and salts due to the sensitive nature of the product, as it has been opened in any respect, we cannot accept any return.
